Our Promise If your child doesn't love Montessori BrightMaze™ within 30 days of receiving it — for any reason — we will refund you in full. No forms. No awkward questions. No hassle.

We'd rather lose the sale than have a parent feel like they didn't get what they paid for.

How to Request a Refund Simply email us at support@merrivo.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and let us know what happened. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Returns You do not need to return the product to receive a refund in most cases. If we do ask for a return, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your Montessori BrightMaze™ arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at support@merrivo.co with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra charge.

Late Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 5 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account and contact your card provider. If the issue persists, email us and we will resolve it immediately.

Sale Items Items purchased during a promotional sale are eligible for the same 30-day guarantee unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
