Order Processing Every order is processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase — Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping Costs Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping automatically — no code needed.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Customs & Duties For international orders outside the UK, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before ordering.
